I've seen firsthand what separates successful projects from those that struggle, and more often than not, it isn't the technology, it's the people, the processes, and the willingness to challenge "the way we've always done it."

As Director of Customer Experience at Point of Rental Software , I lead teams responsible for implementation, customer success, training, and support.
